- To update Members on the Elite Facilities Programme bid and to refresh proposals for the development of the Club site should the Club be successful in gaining grant support from Sport Northern Ireland.
- To receive a detailed report of the Club’s financial position and the implications for the Club whether successful in the bid or not.
