We are offering an RYA First Aid course primarily for those age 16+ years who wish to volunteer to crew on Safety Boats or assist with sailing events, but also for any member who wants to be prepared to deal with injuries or incidents on the water or at home.
One course has been organised this year for Saturday 1st April.
The course starts at 09:00 hrs in the Club and runs until 17:00.
The course will be taken by John Kinner and successful participants will receive an RYA certificate and pack on completion.
The course is limited to a maximum of 12 participants and aimed at members who may already have obtained their Power Boat Level 2 qualification and other current members who may simply wish to assist with safety or generally at club events or renew their lapsed certs.
The course fee for CSC Members is £45 and includes the RYA pack.
