Following on from our RYA Youth summer courses the club invites all those who attended to join us for some Saturday afternoon tiller time to develop those basic sailing skills.
Copelands Trip
We plan to do a picnic trip to the Copeland Islands on Sat 3rd September. We plan to leave Carrickfergus at 0930 and to set off for return at 1500

Summer Training at CSC
Why not introduce your kids to sailing this summer with a variety of RYA approved courses based at Carrickfergus Sailing Club. We can cater for ages 8-16 and can offer courses for complete beginners, general improvement on previous experience or the more advanced levels for experienced previously qualified sailors. The courses are fully staffed with RYA accredited instructors and we provide all the boats and equipment in a safe and secure environment. Just bring wet suits, swim wear, a change of warm clothes and a packed lunch.
The courses are full weeks, Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm and the dates available are:
4th July, 18th July and 1st August.

Fees are: £120 for members and £200 for non-members.

Jubilee Weekend Celebrations

The Platinum Jubilee Pageant
and CSC Afternoon Party
The Club will be open from 1:00 pm and The Jubilee Pageant will be shown on TV.
Come and join us from 3:00 until 5:00 pm for our afternoon tea party.
Tomorrow is the final chance to obtain your tickets at £ 5 each from the bar in advance
This will be followed by afternoon live music to conclude the Jubilee weekend.

Sunday Dinghy Handicap Series
Racing starts again this weekend the Sunday Handicap Series for Dinghies.
In the absence of any confirmed keelboat racing due to the Marina dredging Club boats will be available for hire for the series for any member to take part.
